I feel like I have bugs crawling around in my lungs. Initially, my allergies were terrible, but now I am thinking I may have a little bit of a cold. My head is congested, nose is stuffed, and I have a bit of a cough. And of course, the bugs in my lungs. I searched for “bugs crawling in lungs” on google with no matches. No one else ever feels like that? The only thing it brought up was “bugs crawling under skin” from using heroin. Not quite the same. Last night it was really bad and I had trouble sleeping. I don’t know what it is that makes it feel like that, but I think it is the perfect description of how it feels. The only thing that makes it feel better momentarily is if Shane or myself rub really hard on my back. I am hoping it goes away soon. I did feel a little better today than yesterday.

Today is my mom’s birthday. We spent the morning driving around Fallbrook to various Barn Sales. We didn’t buy too much, but it was fun to look around. It was various barns set up with furniture and things that were for sale. Mostly furniture. I have always wanted to go to Flea Markets or Antiquing or whatever you might call it where you might happen upon a treasure and this was the closest that I have come to it. It was fun and I really wish I had needed some furniture or had room for more. I did find an old red chair that I was tempted to buy ( It was $35) to put on the front porch, but I had no way to get it home and I could invision the look on Shane’s face had I been able to bring it home. There was also a nice red head and foot board that would have been cool for Ethan, but it isn’t quite time yet, so I held back. It was only $65 and I bet I could have talked them down. I bought two old white porcealin covered tin cups, one with a red rim and one with a blue rim. I was excited to find them and that they were $3 each. I bought a little crystal candy dish for $3, a black clutch purse for $3, and a very pretty green picture frame that I am going to turn into a chalkboard frame, I think (it was $10). Lots of cute stuff and so fun to look around. Ethan was a trooper, as always, and we had a great morning.

Shane is going to paint our fence tomorrow while I am at work so much of the afternoon was spent outside cutting back plants so the fence was exposed. It was hard work. We had an ivy plant that had become one with the fence and it was brutal trying to get it off. It was hot and it was hard work, but it is going to look awesome once it is painted. He is also going to finish up the wall, then all that will be left is the house. I can’t wait till it is all done. It is so hard to find time to work on the house, we are so busy. There is always so much to be done. It will be a busy and tiring day tomorrow. But hopefully bug-free.
