Baby Annika’s Quilt, originally uploaded by Ladygirl.

Here is my latest project. My friend Krista found out she was having a little girl last Tuesday and I have been busy. I had embroidered the little girls a few weeks ago in hopes that I would be able to use them for her. I went to the fabric store first thing Wednesday and got to work. It came together very quickly and I think it is very cute. I am sure baby Annika will like it.

The little girl embroideries are Stitchettes created by Hillary Lang of Wee Wonderfuls (weewonderfuls.typepad.com).

Erika- it is PERFECT! Perfect for a baby and perfect for a little girl when she decides to play dolls and wrap her little babies in her gorgeous heirloom blanket. Completely yummy- what a great job you did!

And when might you guys be finding out what you are having? :-)
