We went to Bates’ Nut Farm on Sunday. As you can see, picking a pumpkin is hard work. Shane has posted a bunch of the pictures we took on flickr. Ethan was very serious about the whole affair.

No stinkin’ way! My kids were there, too, on Sunday. Grandma and Aunt Becky took them while we were up in Napa. I had high hopes to cram in more visiting time with everyone, but it all went too quickly and we are here in Nashville again. :-( Pat the bump for me.

What a small world!!! He looks so cute sitting on the pumpkin. It brings back all the old memories of when we took you to the patch, except now there is a freeway going through there.

Tisra, that is crazy! I would have recognized them if I had seen all of them, but we were a little preoccupied…we could have been right next to each other! That would have been wild.
I understand that you were busy and it would have been so nice to see you, but like I said, I understand. I hope you had a great trip!

That was one of the best days… I have very fond memories of going with my favorie Bonhams to the patch… sometimes I get a little envious of your family. But right now I am a smidge envious of anyone who is eating cheddar broccoli soup.

None of the Bonhams are currently eating cheddar broccoli soup.
It was a very cool day.
