One of Ethan’s new obsessions is looking through my old microbiology books. If you ask him what he wants to be when he grows up, he will tell you he wants to be a scientist who looks at germs through a microscope. We are supporting him 100%. So, he has started early, identifying gram positive cocci. Not really. He just asks loudly “are these germs” for every single picture until you reply that yes, it is a germ. Not sure if his obsession with germs means he is really smart or if he is developing OCD, but we had to snap a picture.

So cute! What a funny little guy. I have no doubt he will grow up to be very smart - he has two very smart parents that actually take the time to help him develop his mind. Keep it up Erika! He is very special!

I am going with really smart! Hello your kid started talking at 9 months. Plus how can your kids not be smart with you and Shane as parents. Can I send Jacob and Annika there once a week for some lessons?
