I just finished reading The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls last week. It was an amazing book and I could not put it down. It is hard to believe someone who grew up with such crazy parents could actually turn out okay. And if you think you had a weird childhood, yours was nothing compared to hers. I highly recommend it.

I read this book not too long ago. Really good. What got to me was all the times they went hungry and had to sacvage for their own food.

I was shocked by the U-haul story. And the hot dogs. And pretty much the whole book…it was insane!
