Wednesday afternoon Ethan and I spent probably an hour drawing people on clothespins. I never knew a dollar could provide so much entertainment. (I got 100 clothespins for a dollar). After the people making, he pinned them all over himself and this was one of his looks.

I recommend this activity. Two days later and he is still loving his little clothespin people.

two pumpkins, originally uploaded by Ladygirl.

We have been so busy lately or just too sick to think about doing much of anything. Luckily, the colds are gone (it was mostly just the grown ups that suffered) but it doesn’t seem like we will be slowing down any time soon.

Here is my daughter. I found a way that she takes after her mom. She loves pumpkin pie. Forget about a fork. Just pick it up and go at it.

Shane shared this blog entry by Pastor Mark Driscoll with us last night at our bible study and it really made an impression on me. I wish I had heard it a while ago and not just last night. As Christians, we know these truths but it was really good to be reminded of them and that our faith needs to be placed in Christ and not in the leader of our country or any man. I really encourage anyone who reads this to take a look at it.

Here is a video of them singing one of the songs from the movie. They started singing this on their own. Over and over again in the car. It is pretty cute, I have to admit…cuter than the step sisters.
