Shane and my dad have been working like crazy in the garage lately and the kids have loved playing with the scrap pieces of wood. Yesterday, they made a roly poly playground which kept them entertained for a little while. Complete with tunnels for roly poly fun! I love when they create and use their imaginations like this. Why do we waste money on toys?

We have a whole playroom that just gets messy when other kids come to play. It is an endless frustration to our kids, as they don’t really care about all the toys. My kids play outside or use their 30 minutes of electronics time. That’s it! LEGOS occasionally. Pretty sure we’re going to donate a whole heap here soon.

They totally look huge to me… especially Tegan. It’s crazy. I know about the toys. We have a ton crammed into their little room and they hardly even acknowledge them. Except for the babies. Tegan plays with all her dolls quite often:)
